Generopolis (pronounced Jen-ur-opp-o-lis) is a webcity founded on generosity. It's a community built by and for users who share links to websites & downloads that are available for free. The Generopolis community rates downloads, allowing you to find and download the highest quality items quickly and easily.  See the top menu of content categories and top entries.

Please register/log in to post - don't worry, we'll never sell your address to spammers, but we'll be giving out prizes to posters and top contributers --so your real address will help us give you stuff (More details to follow later -- we're still busy building the site.)

Once you register as a Generopolis.com user please check your email and verify your account by clicking on the link supplied within the registration email.

After registering, please add to the community!! If you know of a free site, a quality resource, or anything that you think belongs on Generopolis, then share it!  Not only will get that warm fuzzy feeling in your heart from sharing with others...but members who contribute to the site get free stuff! There are draws and prizes given away randomly and we will be forming a section where we can pool together our resources to get free stuff.  You know those sites that give you freebies if you manage to get 10 of your friends to join up?  Why bother your friends who may not sign on. Nope...come to Generopolis and we'll hook you up.  People that sign up on these kinds of deals a 1-in-XX chance of winning the prize.  Way better odds and less work. That's just a part of what this community is all about.  So, if you have something to share, click the link or click 'add entry' at the top of most pages.

All links are reviewed by moderators before going live to ensure that they lead to free, quality content -- we will do our best to approve all posts quickly and make them available in the Generopolis community.

If you find a link that asks for money (or is 'free' but requires your credit card) please flag the posting. We may make exceptions to the "Rule of Free" for extraordinary software with long trial periods (at the very least 2 weeks) but you will be notified of this before you click the link.
